Fairytale Walk
Hi Everyone,
This week Nursery went on their very first walk to the Beech Hill. We looked for signs of spring. We saw beautiful flowers blooming and found minibeasts sleeping in their homes. We listened to and followed instructions that required us to find and touch count given amounts of spring flowers. We visited Mr McGregor's garden and found rhubarb, chive and lavendar - we even saw where the caterpillars munched on the leaves! We encountered a bridge and heard the troll snoring underneath so we had to tip-toe extra quietly! We saw a water wheel just like The Little Red Hen's, we climbed beantsalks just like Jack and made oval boats out of leaves to help the fairies escape. Last but not least we saw Cinderalla's house, unfortunately she was at the shops buying her ball gown. What an exciting trip we had!
Well done Nursery!
